What is Inflammation?
Inflammation in the body is actually a positive response from our immune system to protect and maintain balance. Normal levels of inflammation help your body care for and protect itself. For example, using inflammation your body is able to heal minor injuries and normal irregularities that occur naturally.
It is when inflammation exceeds normal levels and durations that it can damage cells and tissue to create, oftentimes ongoing, negative effects.
4 Ways to Balance Inflammation
Instead of saying “treating inflammation” we prefer to call the process “balancing inflammation.” We don’t want inflammation gone, we just want it balanced at a normal level. Turmeric has been used for centuries in Ayurveda to balance and support your inflammation response.
