Macadamia Turmeric Dip

On a recent trip to our Hawaiian turmeric farm to see the tail end of our turmeric Spring harvest, one of our farmers, Hugh, blended up a version of this tasty, locally grown Macadamia Nut Turmeric Dip.When I tasted it I could not guess Hugh’s secret ingredient and when he finally told me what it was all the flavors came together! His secret ingredient: balsamic vinegar. He used a beautiful aged variety, but any nice quality balsamic vinegar works well
Soak raw macadamia nuts over night in 6 oz of Temple Turmeric
The next day, blend the nuts with soaking liquid and all remaining ingredients
Serve with your favorite crackers or crudite (raw vegetables)
Watch it disappear!
