Hummus is one of the ultimate snacks because it is majorly protein-packed, vegan, amazingly delicious, and super versatile.

Ingredients

can organic garbanzo beans

1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)

1 tablespoon organic olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1/3 cup Temple Turmeric Mineral Greens Elixir

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor

Process for 5 minutes or until smooth

Serve immediately or refrigerate until you’re hungry.
