Fourth of July plans are in full swing. Tomorrow marks our day of Independence and freedom and fun filled parties. Whether you’ll be on the beach, on a mountain or in your city, we hope you will truly drop into the place you are in and surround yourself with people you love. Let’s experience the true meaning of freedom this weekend and share it with those around us.

These fries” are perfect for a warm summer weekend and would make a great addition to a meal any day.

Turmeric Veggie “Fries”

Ingredients:

Carrot Fries

10 Large Carrots

10 Zuchinnis

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Teaspoons Paprika

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Dash of Ground Pepper

1 Teaspoon Turmeric

2 Teaspoon Cumin

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare a pan with aluminum foil. Peel the outside of the carrots. Rinse the zuchinni. Cut the veggies into 3-inch sticks. Combine with all the ingredients until fully coated. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the veggies are browned. Enjoy!
