At a time when life moves so quickly and there is always something else to do, it is important to take the time to appreciate the little things we may take for granted, like our breath.

Some days when I notice my breath I get chills. Other days someone will notice my intentional breathing and ask if I am okay. Still other days, nothing seems to happen at all – until the next breath, which always seems to come a little easier. Come back to your breath and you come back to your center.
